Process

Once you've decided you’d like a Vanilla, we need a deposit of $500 to secure your spot in line. As we get closer to building your bike, we'll want to talk with you about fit info, aesthetic details, parts selection and other technical specs.

We prefer to meet with customers in person if possible. This way we can dial in the fit face to face and get to know the person who we are building for. If a visit isn't possible, we can help find a fit specialist in your area and work with them to ensure we get the critical fit info.

Throughout the build process, we will be in touch with you when we have questions.

Once your frame is complete, we like to give our painter 4-6 weeks. This gives them ample time to lay on the paint just right and to let the it cure properly without being rushed.

Once everything is finished, your balance will be due and we'll give you a call to make shipping or pick-up arrangements.
